Corporate Chaos...

Well its like coming back from exile to writing...

Well this piece talks about the so called 'The Corporate World'. The world of which young are dying to join and old are dying to leave. So from where to start??.......
Lets start with the selection process, I know you must be like 'Dude you writing a book or what' don't worry its all in a gist rather than a full grown story.

Interview is one place where you either end up telling everything lie and still get selected or telling everything truth and still falling short of selection. There is mix and match of that also but I think its a combination of both is what pays off.

The first days or first few months are the so called 'Honeymoon Period' where the performance pressure is not yet settled on us but when its starts it actually shows the Corporate world Cocktail with each type of ingredient you could imagine such as Politics, Groupism, Gossips, Friendships, Contacts, Relationships and many more spicy portions but it teaches you where you actually stand in the world.

Its a never ending cycle with promotions, appraisals, memos, probation periods, businees trips, off site trips but in the end everything acts like it's a essential body part of corporate body structure and if any part is down or missing the Corporate life limps on its way

Its a world full of opportunities with ups and downs but it is still as addictive as hell and we realize that when we are enjoying a long compulsory leave... 

I am not here to take sides and conclude which is better but why it is still required.
